Blend on high for 2 minutes or until a smooth liquid is formed,
Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, leaving a 1cm gap at the top of each one,
Freeze overnight, or for at least 12 hours until completely set,
To remove from the molds, run the bottoms under warm water for a few seconds.
