Healthy homemade tropical fruit popsicles/ice lollies. Light, refreshing summer snack made with just 5 minutes prep. Free from refined sugar and allergy friendly - free from gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, nuts, seeds & grains, vegan, paleo, whole30 & autoimmune protocol (AIP) friendly.

Ingredients

  • 4.5 ounces frozen mango
  • 4.5 ounces frozen pineapple
  • 3 ounces banana approx. 1 medium banana
  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice juice from approx. 2 medium oranges
  • 3 tablespoons filtered water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender,
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes or until a smooth liquid is formed,
  • Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, leaving a 1cm gap at the top of each one,
  • Freeze overnight, or for at least 12 hours until completely set,
  • To remove from the molds, run the bottoms under warm water for a few seconds.
