Storage. Sea moss gel can be stored in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. It can also be stored in the freezer for 3 months. The best way to freeze it is to fill ice cube trays with the gel. This allows you to remove a small amount each day. When you want to consume it remove from the freezer and either leave it to thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until thawed completely, or transfer it to the fridge to thaw for at least 12 hours or until thawed completely.
